The short version: be kind, communicate early, and we'll take care of you.
- Booking & confirmation
- Your date is held once it's confirmed directly with Cleo. Bridal and editorial bookings are arranged personally to make sure the look, timing, and location are right.
- Payment
- Payment is handled off-site via Venmo after your appointment is confirmed. Send payment to Venmo @madeupbycleo. No deposit is required to hold your date in v1.
- Cancellations & reschedules
- Life happens — if you need to reschedule, reach out as early as you can and Cleo will do her best to find a new time. Specific cancellation terms are being finalized.
- Travel & on-location
- On-location and travel bookings are welcome in Austin, TX and beyond. Travel details are confirmed when you book.
